Human Resource Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to systematically manage the business’s HR policy.
  • Maintain the employee records or documentation effectively.
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
  • Maintain employee Discipline.
  • Manage employees’ grievances, and resolve their issues
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS )
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Overseeing the employee's termination process.
  • Handle the payroll procedure.

Requirement:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, and employee leaves, )
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid communication skills
  • BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Timing: 1 pm to 10 pm

Location: Gulberg III

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Contract length: 12 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
