Ethisol is a digital marketing firm that helps brands grow through creative storytelling, design innovation, and data-driven strategy. We’re expanding our team and seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in managing daily HR operations and maintaining a healthy workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition, including posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee attendance and time-in/out records.
- Prepare and maintain employee evaluation reports and performance summaries.
- Collect and organize employee feedback to help improve company culture and satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee files.
- Support HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with departments to handle day-to-day HR queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HR software or attendance management tools.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR documentation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
