Workforce Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Workforce Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and daily staffing operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee training processes.
• Assist in performance management and ensure effective implementation of HR policies.
• Maintain accurate workforce records and prepare productivity reports.
• Promote positive employee relations and contribute to operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in workforce management, HR coordination, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Market Competitive

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 9am-5pm

Location: Lahore
