Position: Human Resource Intern
Job Type: Full-time || On-site
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Gulberg II, Lahore
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in an HR role or internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Knowledge of HR software or tools is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.
- Address employee queries and escalate concerns to relevant team members when necessary.
