Job Title: HR Intern

About the Role
We’re looking for an HR Intern who can support day-to-day tasks in recruitment, employee management and office coordination. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well and is comfortable in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Help coordinate onboarding and maintain employee records
  • Support HR in attendance tracking and basic documentation
  • Communicate with candidates and team members in a professional way
  • Assist with organizing office activities and meetings
  • Prepare reports and update HR databases
  • Handle general administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student in HR or a related field
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with people and working in an office-based setting
  • Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
