We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the end-to-end hiring cycle, candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and HR documentation while working in a fast-paced HR environment.

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases. • Screen profiles, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews. • Maintain applicant tracking sheets and candidate records. • Support in drafting job descriptions, job posts, and outreach messages. • Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and basic assessments. • Manage recruitment-related email correspondence. • Prepare weekly recruitment status updates and reports. • Assist in maintaining HR documentation and organized record-keeping. • Contribute to employer branding and social media content (if required).

Students or fresh graduates from LUMS, LSE, BNU, or FC (or equivalent reputable institutions) pursuing degrees in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related fields.

No prior experience required; any HR-related internship or academic project will be considered a plus.
