Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for our medical billing and healthcare operations teams. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare or medical billing roles, strong sourcing capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for medical billing and related roles (from job posting to onboarding).
- Source qualified candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Indeed, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial screenings, assess communication skills, and evaluate role fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Collaborate with department leads to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and other recruitment initiatives to attract fresh talent.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in medical billing or healthcare domains.
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare staffing and medical billing roles (AR, Coding, Payment Posting, Credentialing, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.
