Job Description :

The HR professional is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training & development, performance management, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support training, learning, and development programs.
  • Assist management in performance evaluation and appraisals.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of HR experience (depending on role level).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
