Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Screening:
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche job boards to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in conducting technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' abilities.
Candidate Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely feedback and updates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and defining candidate profiles.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the preparation and extension of job offers to selected candidates.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Experience:
- 6 Months - 1 Year of experience in technical recruitment or a related HR role.
Skills:
- Familiarity with technical roles and the skills required in software development, IT infrastructure, and related fields.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' technical abilities and cultural fit.
