Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Screening:

  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche job boards to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in conducting technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' abilities.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely feedback and updates.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and defining candidate profiles.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in the preparation and extension of job offers to selected candidates.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 6 Months - 1 Year of experience in technical recruitment or a related HR role.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with technical roles and the skills required in software development, IT infrastructure, and related fields.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' technical abilities and cultural fit.
