UK Healthcare Recruitment Consultant

IBSTEC is a well established recruitment and outsourcing company working with leading UK healthcare providers. We specialize in connecting qualified healthcare professionals with trusted employers across the UK. We are expanding our recruitment team in Lahore and are looking for experienced and target-driven individuals to join our UK Healthcare Recruitment Campaign.

Position Overview:

This is not an HR or admin role. We are looking for professionals with proven experience in UK-based healthcare recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement. If you have a background in sales, recruitment, or resourcing for the UK healthcare sector, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals (e.g., Nurses, Carers, Support Workers) for UK clients.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle — from initial contact to placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Work towards weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UK healthcare recruitment (required).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, sales-oriented personality with a target-driven mindset.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working in UK hours.
