Job Title: Recruitment Lead – UK Healthcare

Location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore
Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 + Commission

Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruitment Lead with hands-on experience in the UK Healthcare industry, specializing in hiring Nurses, Managers, Deputy Managers, HCAs, and Related Positions . The ideal candidate must have strong leadership and people management skills to lead a growing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for UK Healthcare roles.
• Source, screen, and select candidates including Nurses, Managers, Deputy Managers, and HCAs.
• Manage and guide a recruitment team to achieve targets.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, and job boards.
• Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to clients.
• Maintain recruitment reports and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UK Healthcare recruitment.
• Proven track record in hiring healthcare professionals (Nurses, Managers, HCAs, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
