We are seeking a motivated and strategic HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building high-performing teams, improving HR processes, and driving a positive organizational culture. You will play a key role in end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles across departments.
  • HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR functions such as employee records management, attendance tracking, and policy compliance.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives that foster employee satisfaction, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to support employee growth and productivity.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with leadership to promote the company as an employer of choice through effective branding and communication.
  • Strategic Support: Work closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals and support organizational growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in HR management, recruitment, or talent acquisition roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
