Job Summary

The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting the HR department's day-to-day activities, including recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing employee data accurately and confidentially, primarily using Excel and other HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and regularly update employee records in Excel and HR databases.
  • Manage attendance and leave records accurately, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with leave policies.
  • Support employee documentation processes such as contract preparation, onboarding documents, and exit formalities.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., attendance, leaves, new hires, resignations).
  • Ensure employee data is maintained in accordance with legal and company requirements.
  • Support implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing training, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Handle day-to-day employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents for internal use and audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, spreadsheets, reporting).
  • Familiarity with attendance and leave management systems/processes.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes and employee documentation.
  • Sound understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
