We are looking for a HR Intern ( Female ) In Lahore.

Role Overview:

The HR Intern will work closely with the HR team, assisting with administrative tasks, recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, and records management. This role is ideal for an individual eager to learn, who possesses excellent organizational skills and a professional attitude.Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection: Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements, screening resumes and application forms, and maintaining the candidate database.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and communicate effectively with all candidates regarding their application status.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, facilitating documentation, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • HR Administration & Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Policy & Compliance Assistance: Assist in documenting processes, creating templates for data collection, and helping to ensure that HR practices comply with internal policies and basic labor laws.
  • Employee Engagement: Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement activities, team events, and other morale-boosting initiatives.
  • General HR Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing HR documents, reports, and addressing basic employee queries.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software or database systems is a plus.
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential data with integrity and a professional attitude.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
