Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within the tech industry, focusing on various administrative and recruitment tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Handle HR administrative tasks such as documentation, attendance tracking, and policy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

Learning Outcomes

• Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Develop a solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Enhance interpersonal and communication skills through direct interaction with employees and candidates.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration (BBA), or related fields.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset.
