HR and Admin Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

Location: 111-k DHA Phase 1, K-Block Lahore
Experience: 2-3 years

Timings: Onsite Night Shift (6pm-3am)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive HR and Admin Officer to manage our HR functions and oversee administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR and Admin Officer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
