Job Summary
The Management Trainee Officer – HR will support the HR team in daily operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, and interview coordination

Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees

Maintain HR databases, employee files, and documentation

Assist with attendance, leave monitoring, and HR operations

Help plan internal trainings and employee engagement activities

Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

Prepare reports and support day-to-day HR tasks
Requirements

Fresh MBA/BBA (HR preferred)
