1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain a minimum TAT (Turnaround Time) of 7–10 days for closing open positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies.
  • Conduct HR interviews to assess culture fit and suitability.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Ensure smooth joining formalities including offer letters, documentation, ID creation, and policy explanation.
  • Create and maintain employee files, verify documents, and update HRMS/attendance systems.
  • Conduct induction sessions for new employees within the first day of joining.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor and update daily attendance, leave records, and work-from-home approvals.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
  • Share absenteeism and late-coming reports with managers weekly.

4. Employee Engagement & HR Operations

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities—birthday celebrations, team activities, festival events.
  • Maintain a positive work culture by addressing small concerns before they escalate.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

5. Performance Management

  • Coordinate monthly/quarterly performance evaluations with team leaders.
  • Track KRA/KPI submission and ensure documentation is completed on time.
  • Support managers in identifying training needs and skill-development sessions.

6. Payroll Support

  • Prepare and share monthly attendance for payroll.
  • Track leaves, deductions, overtime (if applicable), and incentives.
  • Coordinate with finance/account teams for salary disbursal and clarifications.

7. HR Policy Implementation

  • Ensure all employees follow company policies, attendance rules, code of conduct, and HR processes.
  • Assist in updating or drafting new HR policies as required.
  • Communicate policy changes to all employees effectively.

8. Exit Process & Full & Final (FNF)

  • Handle resignation formalities, exit interviews, notice period follow-up, and clearance.
  • Ensure timely preparation of FNF with accounts.
  • Update attrition records and maintain exit documentation.

9. Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain HR records, employee master data, compliance documents, and audit files.
  • Generate weekly/monthly HR reports: joining, attrition, attendance, recruitment status, etc.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all employee data.

10. Additional Responsibilities

  • Support top management in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Assist with company branding on job portals and social platforms for hiring.
  • Maintain vendor relationships for hiring, training, and office supplies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
