About the Role:

As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department's daily operations. This role gives you hands-on exposure to the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining hiring pipelines. You will also assist with general HR tasks, helping ensure smooth office operations and a positive employee experience. This is a paid internship.

What will your responsibilities be?

Assist in end-to-end hiring processes

  • Help manage the full recruitment cycle for a rapidly scaling AI startup - from sourcing talent to coordinating assessments and ensuring a smooth candidate journey.

Screen CVs, schedule interviews & coordinate with candidates

  • Handle high-volume interview pipelines, manage calendars across multiple teams, follow up proactively with candidates, and ensure interviews run on time and with all required materials.

Maintain recruitment trackers & documentation

  • Update applicant tracking logs, maintain hiring dashboards, and support the HR team in keeping all candidate data organized and compliant.

Support offer placement & negotiation preparation

  • Assist in preparing offer letters, coordinating compensation discussions with hiring managers, and ensuring candidates receive accurate information during the negotiation stage.

Collaborate with People Operations

  • Help with onboarding new hires, organizing employee records, supporting HR events, and contributing to culture-building initiatives within a fast-paced team.

Strong communication & coordination skills

  • Must be comfortable communicating with candidates and internal teams, juggling multiple schedules, and maintaining professionalism in a fast-scaling environment.

High attention to detail & organizational skills

  • The role involves managing multiple pipelines and moving parts -accuracy and structured workflow are key.

Interest in HR, recruitment, and people operations

  • A genuine desire to understand modern HR functions, hiring processes, and startup people culture.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment

  • We move quickly and iterate often -adaptability and proactive thinking are important.

Eager to learn negotiation, offer processes & candidate experience management

  • You'll gain exposure to compensation discussions, offer drafting, and decision-stage communication.
