Job description

Job Title: HR Intern
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and gain hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR trackers
  • Support onboarding of new joinees
  • Assist in drafting HR communications and emails
  • Help with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements
  • Support HR documentation, policies related work
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership
