Job Title: HR Intern
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and gain hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)

Maintain and update employee records and HR trackers

Support onboarding of new joinees

Assist in drafting HR communications and emails

Help with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives

Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements

Support HR documentation, policies related work
Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and coordination abilities

Willingness to learn and take ownership
