Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
  • Support onboarding process (documentation, induction, and orientation).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Assist HR team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Draft and update HR documents, policies, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (preferably in HR/Management).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
