Key Responsibilities (Recruitment):

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Bangalore-based requirements
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
  • Meet hiring TATs and monthly targets

Additional Role: Operations HR Coordination (Hyderabad Branch)Key Responsibilities (HR Operations):

  • Coordinate with the Hyderabad HR/Operations team for:
  • Attendance & leave data
  • Employee records and documentation
  • Onboarding & exit formalities

Act as a single point of contact between Bangalore and Hyderabad offices

  • Support HR operations such as:
  • Employee engagement activities
  • Policy communication
  • HR compliance coordination
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and audits
  • Ensure alignment with company HR processes across locations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in IT / Non-IT hiring preferred
  • Good knowledge of HR operations & documentation
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, ATS tools
  • Ability to manage multi-location coordination
