Key Responsibilities (Recruitment):
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Bangalore-based requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
- Meet hiring TATs and monthly targets
Additional Role: Operations HR Coordination (Hyderabad Branch)Key Responsibilities (HR Operations):
- Coordinate with the Hyderabad HR/Operations team for:
- Attendance & leave data
- Employee records and documentation
- Onboarding & exit formalities
Act as a single point of contact between Bangalore and Hyderabad offices
- Support HR operations such as:
- Employee engagement activities
- Policy communication
- HR compliance coordination
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and audits
- Ensure alignment with company HR processes across locations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in IT / Non-IT hiring preferred
- Good knowledge of HR operations & documentation
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, ATS tools
- Ability to manage multi-location coordination
