HR Intern

We are looking for a female HR Recruiter – fresher, who is enthusiastic, well-organized, and possesses strong English communication skills. The role involves managing recruitment coordination activities end-to-end, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to interview scheduling and onboarding tracking. This is a work-from-home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidate profiles using online job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Shortlist candidates in line with provided job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Communicate professionally with candidates via email, calls, and messaging platforms.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and status reports.

Follow up with candidates across interview rounds and selection stages.

Track and support the complete onboarding process, including documentation and joining confirmation.

Act as a communication bridge between candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while handling candidate information.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Comfortable operating online job portals and recruitment platforms.

Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management abilities.

Basic understanding of job requirements and role expectations (training will be provided).

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment data.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.

Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred but not mandatory).

Must have access to a laptop, stable internet connection, and a suitable home workspace.
