HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR department in a garment manufacturing unit. The intern will get hands-on exposure to recruitment, payroll support, HR operations, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment & onboarding
• Support attendance & payroll preparation
• Maintain employee records & HR MIS
• Exposure to PF, ESI & labour compliance
• Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks

Eligibility:

• MBA/PGDM HR, BBA, or HR students/freshers
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Willingness to work in a factory environment
