Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day HR operations. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and certificates
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Assist in HR reporting and data management
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
