Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for fresh MBA (HR) graduates who possess foundational knowledge of core HR functions and are eager to gain hands-on experience across the complete employee lifecycle. The intern will assist in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups
  • Support payroll-related activities, data validation, and coordination
  • Assist in managing the employee life cycle (joining, onboarding, confirmation, exits, and documentation)
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
  • Support implementation and basic compliance of labor laws and HR policies
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and reports
  • Assist in drafting HR communications and internal notices
  • Handle basic employee queries related to HR operations
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources (mandatory)
  • Fresher with basic knowledge of payroll, recruitment, employee life cycle, employee engagement, and labor laws
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation
  • Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and professional approach

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Prior academic projects or internships in HR
  • Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software
  • Basic understanding of statutory compliance
