Timing: Mon-Sat 9AM-6PM

Salary: 25,000 per month.

Job Description:
As an HR Intern at HectaCore System, you will play a crucial role in leading the HR with various administrative and operational tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record maintenance, and other HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Handle onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist with payroll processing and handle basic employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Implement HR projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
