  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction/site roles (engineers, supervisors, labor, admin staff, etc.)
  • Maintain HR documentation: attendance, leaves, contracts, and employee records
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation for new hires
  • Handle site HR operations including workforce management and labor compliance
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain strong coordination between HR, project managers, and site supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, and payroll-related data
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Assist in performance evaluations and appraisals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (construction industry experience is strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of construction site HR practices and labor laws
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
