Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate (Female) to support our HR department with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing general HR concerns and employee queries.
• Coordinate with team leads and managers for day-to-day activities and employee-related matters.
• Maintain company-wide communication and accurate HR record keeping.
• Track employee performance and assist in resolving workplace concerns.
• Issue employment-related documents such as contracts, salary slips, and certificates.
• Maintain payroll-related records and support the payroll process.
• Support the performance review, recruitment activities and appraisal process.
• Manage job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
• Review employee-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Identify and report workflow or process issues and propose improvements.
• Conduct routine checks to maintain HR policy compliance.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations or HR software is a plus.

Salary will be based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and performance during the hiring process.
