Employee Profile & HR Data Management
Maintain and update personnel files for all current employees.
- Create detailed HR profiles including job descriptions, performance history, qualifications, KPIs, and training records.
- HR Improvement & Advisory
- Conduct a review of current HR practices, policies, and workforce capabilities.
- Identify gaps in skills, structure, or performance and recommend improvements.
- Suggest improvements in organizational structure, workflow, and job roles.
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Understand staffing requirements through discussions with management.
- Develop job descriptions for new positions.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating final interviews
- Recommend suitable candidates to management based on skills and company culture.
- Assist in on boarding of selected employees.
DELIVERABLES
- Updated and organized employee profile database.
- Monthly HR activity and improvement report.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Experience:
- industrial or Services organisation: 6 years (Required)
