About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operationsteam at our Indore office. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities, making it ideal for candidates aspiring to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Support job postings and employer branding initiatives
Onboarding & HR Operations
- Assist in onboarding new joiners and documentation formalities
- Coordinate joining formalities and induction schedules
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS
- Support HR team in day-to-day administrative activities
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, or related fields
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office
- Willingness to learn and ability to work from office
