HR Intern

Job Title: HR Intern – Healthcare Recruitment
Location: Faridabad Haryana 121009
Stipend: ₹8,000/month onwards (based on skills and performance)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

As we grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment operations and help us bring top talent into the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (doctors, nurses, technicians, admin staff, etc.)
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers
• Perform ad-hoc HR tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Fresher/Pursuing/completed degree
• Interest in healthcare and understanding of roles within hospitals and medical institutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and applicant tracking tools is a plus
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
