  • Help in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain and update the applicant database.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Help in preparing offer letters, internship certificates, and onboarding kits.
  • Coordinate with new joiners for documentation.
  • Assist in conducting induction sessions for new employees.
  • Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in collecting feedback and participation data.
  • Help in compiling daily attendance reports from biometric systems.
  • Track and verify leave requests and approvals.
  • Assist in communicating HR policies to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Assist in tracking employee performance review cycles.
  • Coordinate with teams for training sessions and maintain records.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Handle internal queries and follow-ups under supervision.
  • Work on a live HR project or report as assigned.
  • Prepare internship reports and submit deliverables as per college requirements (if applicable).

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
