- Help in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and update the applicant database.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Help in preparing offer letters, internship certificates, and onboarding kits.
- Coordinate with new joiners for documentation.
- Assist in conducting induction sessions for new employees.
- Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Assist in collecting feedback and participation data.
- Help in compiling daily attendance reports from biometric systems.
- Track and verify leave requests and approvals.
- Assist in communicating HR policies to employees.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
- Assist in tracking employee performance review cycles.
- Coordinate with teams for training sessions and maintain records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Handle internal queries and follow-ups under supervision.
- Work on a live HR project or report as assigned.
- Prepare internship reports and submit deliverables as per college requirements (if applicable).
