Job Title: HR Intern – HR Operations

Location: Chembur East, Mumbai
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Only 4th Saturday working)

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR processes and day-to-day operations. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Help in preparing HR documents (Appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and compliance
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Maintain trackers for attendance, leaves, and other HR reports
• Provide support in day-to-day HR operations tasks

Who Can Apply:

• Recent graduates or students pursuing a degree/diploma in HR or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
• Available to work full-time for 3 months
