Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment & hiring activities (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding & induction process for new joiners
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters etc.
  • Help track attendance, leave records, and payroll-related data
  • Coordinate with teams for HR communications and follow-ups
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events
  • Assist in basic HR compliance and policy documentation
  • Any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager

Eligibility / Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
  • Willingness to learn and ability to handle confidential information
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
