About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our consultancy team in South Tukoganj , Indore. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment for various clients, manage job postings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.

Requirements

Graduate
Good understanding of job portals, sourcing, and candidate screening
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients

Draft job descriptions and post on portals & LinkedIn

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients

Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
