About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter Intern to support end-to-end recruitment and basic HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time hiring processes in a structured, fast-paced work environment, with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

Role Details

• Position: HR Recruiter Intern
• Location: Dehradun (Work From Office)
• Duration: 3–6 Months
• Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to interview coordination
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Apna
• Conduct initial candidate screening and maintain structured communication
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and basic HR operations

Candidate Requirements

• Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA (HR or related field)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
• High attention to detail with an analytical approach
• Ability to take ownership and work independently
