Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in daily operations. This role is perfect for a recent graduate eager to learn the fundamentals of HR and gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assit in data entry work related to Recruitment or employee records.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Help with basic payroll, attendance tracking, and HR compliance tasks.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate (any discipline, preferably with HR, Business Administration, or related background).
• Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
