Job Title: Female HR Intern – Business Development & Recruitment

Timings: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Stipend: PKR 25,000 per month

Job Overview

The Recruiters Group is offering an exciting opportunity for a Female HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in HR, recruitment, and business development. This internship is designed for individuals who want to build a career in HR and client acquisition while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new business opportunities and onboarding companies for recruitment services
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn/social media prospecting
• Post job listings on Indeed, social media, and other platforms
• Screen and interview candidates on a daily basis
• Coordinate with clients and match candidates according to requirements
• Manage and grow company presence on social media channels
• Support marketing and business development activities
• Maintain records of leads, candidates, and recruitment pipelines

Requirements

• Female candidate (mandatory)
• Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
• Interest in HR, recruitment, and business development
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and job portals (Indeed preferred)
• Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
