What You Will Learn & Do

• Advanced Sourcing: Master headhunting strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and professional databases.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct phone interviews, evaluate resumes, and assess cultural fit.
• Hiring Coordination: Manage interview pipelines and coordinate directly between top candidates and senior consultants.
• Ethical Recruiting: Learn how modern, compliant, and transparent recruitment strategies build trust with global clients.

Who You Are

• Academic Status: Strictly a Final-Year Student (HR, Business, or related fields) available to transition directly into full-time employment post-internship.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a natural love for connecting with people.
• Drive: Proactive, organized, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Currently residing in the UAE and able to commute to our Dubai office.
