HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and screening resumes.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Assist with attendance tracking and leave management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.
