Reports To: Senior HR Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who possess strong conceptual knowledge of Human Resource Management and are eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

The selected candidate will work directly under the supervision of a Senior HR Consultant, assisting in talent acquisition, HR policy development, employee engagement initiatives, and the establishment of HR processes that foster a high-performance organizational culture.

This role is ideal for individuals who aspire to build a career in Human Resources and are passionate about learning modern HR practices while contributing to organizational growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees.

HR Policies & Organizational Development

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Support initiatives aimed at developing and strengthening the organization's culture and employee experience.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist in preparing employee handbooks, policy documents, and HR manuals.

HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and HR dashboards.
  • Support compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
  • Assist in HR audits and documentation management.

Employee Engagement

  • Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing orientation sessions, training programs, and employee events.
  • Contribute ideas to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.

Research & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct research on emerging HR trends, recruitment strategies, AI tools, and industry best practices.
  • Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned by the Senior HR Consultant.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresh graduate or final-semester student in:
  • Human Resource Management
  • Psychology
  • Business Administration (HR)
  • Industrial Relations
  • Organizational Development
  • Social Sciences (with HR specialization)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong conceptual understanding of Human Resource Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates willing to work afternoon/evening shifts will be preferred.
