Job Position: HR Intern Coordinator (FEMALE ONLY)

Location: Shahalmee Market, Lahore

Office Timings: Monday to Saturday (09:30 AM to 06:00 PM)

Internship Duration : 06 Months

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated female candidate who is passionate about building a career in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates and internal departments.

This position is suitable for:

Recent HR graduates, or Candidates with at least 1 year of HR experience. Salary will be offered according to experience and skills.

Major Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle soft filing and organize digital HR records.
• Scan documents and maintain proper digital archives.
• Create and update HR databases.
• Coordinate interviews as instructed by the HR Manager.
• Call candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, shortlisted candidates, and future candidate records.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related follow-ups.
• Perform additional HR coordination tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and organized records.

Location Preference

Candidates residing near Azadi Chowk, Badami Bagh, Misri Shah, and Shadbagh will be given preference.
