HR Intern- Evening Shift

Smart Brains BPO is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This 3-month paid internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions and offers a clear pathway to permanent employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Maintain and update HR records and databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Recent graduate or final-year student of BBA, MBA (HR), or related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational development.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional, organized, and eager to learn.

Location: Shamsabad, Rawalpindi
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
