Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates via job portals and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers.
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and office events.
- Assist with daily HR administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR processes and recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
