We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR and administrative activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing joining documents.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Draft employment letters, contracts, and HR-related documents as required.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: Up to Rs15,000.00 per month
