HR Intern -Female

Soft Nation Technologies is hiring for HR intern to join the team. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration while working closely with experienced HR professionals.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: 12pm-9pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
• Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives
• Draft HR communications and internal announcements
• Assist with performance reviews and training logistics
• Support compliance activities and document audits

Requirements

• Must be graduated
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
