HR Intern (Female Only) 8pm to 11:30pm

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in Assist in end-to-end recruitment. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR documentation, while building a strong foundation in HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation
• Handle general HR administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and labor laws (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Willingness to learn and maintain confidentiality

Monday to Friday
8pm to 11:30pm (Onsite)
Location: Park Avenue Building, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi

Job Types: Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
