Job Summary:

Support HR activities such as recruitment, coordination, documentation, and basic HR operations in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
  • Maintain candidate and HR records
  • Support onboarding documentation
  • Assist with HR reports and data entry
  • Communicate with candidates and team members

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic HR knowledge
  • MS Excel & Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently in WFH setup

Qualifications:

  • MBA HR / BBA / Graduate (Pursuing or Completed)
  • Freshers can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
