Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment: resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
- Maintain HR databases and employee records
- Assist in employee engagement activities and events
- Support administrative tasks related to HR operations
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Eager to learn and take initiative
